Subscription Cancellation and Renewal Policy
1. Overview
This Subscription Cancellation and Renewal Policy applies to all monthly and annual subscription services provided by LLL Collective. This policy governs the terms under which customers (“Subscribers”) can renew or cancel their subscriptions. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe
2. Subscription Term
Subscribers may choose between a monthly or an annual billing cycle.
3. Renewal Policy
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of their respective term (monthly or annual) to ensure uninterrupted service. The Subscriber’s payment method on file with Stripe will be charged automatically according to the chosen subscription plan’s billing cycle.
Renewal Notification
Annual subscribers will be notified via email at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. This notification will provide details about the upcoming renewal, including the amount to be charged and the date of the charge.
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscribers can cancel their subscription on the membership area of the website at any time before their subscription is renewed. If a subscriber cancels before the end of their subscription period, access will continue for the subscription period. No refunds will be made. Refunds will be given during the 14-day cooling off period at the start of a subscription period.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe on the 1st of the month. Subscribers must ensure that their payment information is current and accurate. Failure to process payments due to outdated or incorrect payment information will result in the subscription being cancelled.
6. Mis-Use of Your Access Details
The Subscription may be terminated if you or anyone else within your organisation provides these details to third parties without the prior written consent of LLL Collective.
7. Copyright
Copyright and all intellectual property rights in the webinar programmes, materials, logos, graphics and associated website is vested in LLL Collective and/or our presenters and no part may be copied or reproduced in any way without the prior written consent of LLL Collective.
8. Access
LLL Collective will endeavour to ensure continual access to webinar content. Subscribers must raise any technical issues with LLL Collective in time for resolution.
