We love the informal nature zines bring to the world of human milk feeding. Our zines are fully researched using La Leche League’s decades long understanding of breastfeeding but highlight elements of breastfeeding and chestfeeding support in new ways. Currently we use a single A4, 8 page format. Learn how to fold one here! We encourage you to print them out and share them with your community – or give one to your favourite toddler to colour in.
Pride Zines
This zine gives top tips to consider inclusion for LGBTQIA+ families. Representation matters, and so does the little details. (Published June 2026)
Beyond Biology tells one Leader’s story of breastfeeding, bonding, and LGBTQ+ Inclusion. Told as a personal narrative, it gives the reader plenty of new ideas to consider when working perinatally with LGBTQIA+ families. (Published June 2026)

We are committed to helping anyone, who ever you are, wherever you are on your nursing journey, whether it’s day one or the last day, even if those are the same days. If you have a story in zine format to tell, let us know! We want to show representation that includes you, too. We welcome you to submit yours using our photo and video release page. Please do reach out. We are volunteers working with our communities and are striving to make support more equitable for all.
