We know representation is important and that nursing journeys come in so many shapes and sizes. Perhaps your journey has had a lot of starts and stops, maybe you’ve been exclusively pumping, maybe you’ve supplemented, or maybe it’s been, well, easy – and all the shades between. We would love to share your story on our blog, in video, or in photo. Please fill out the following form! Ensuring a successful submission

LLL Collective reserves the right to chose whether to use content submitted to this form. To help ensure a successful submission, please avoid having any branding or logos in your work. We are happy to credit photography when asked, but please ensure there are no watermarks on videos or photos.

What is this form for?

This release form is a legally binding agreement between you and LLL Collective, giving us your permission to use your material (stories, poems, artwork, photos, videos etc). You can choose if you would like to be credited for your images, or if you would like to remain anonymous. LLL Collective will only ever knowingly use an image or a piece of work to promote our mission. We also offer you the option of giving permission for La Leche League International to use your image in their work, in which case LLLI and any of the 80+ countries where LLL is active may use it.

Who can sign this form?

If you are over 13 years old you can sign the form yourself. We need the signature of a parent, guardian, or carer to sign on behalf of anyone under 13. For all photos and videos, please be sure that all people in the photo and video are happy for it to be used, and that you are the owner of the photo or video - some professional photographers/videographers may hold the rights to their photos.

As copyright holder, the submitter agrees to give her/his permission to La Leche League Collective to use the attached photographs or videos in its publications, leaflets, brochures, posters, social media, press releases and exhibitions, both printed and electronic publications as well as on its websites. The photographer or videographer retains ownership of all photos and videos but grants to LLL Collective the right to use them for free. LLL Collective reserves the right to use only a portion of the image or videos submitted and whether to assign credit to the photo or video.

Written Material Release

As copyright holder, the submitter agrees to give her/his permission to La Leche League Collective to use the attached written work in its publications, leaflets, brochures, posters, social media, press releases and exhibitions, both printed and electronic publications as well as on its websites. The author retains ownership of all written material but grants to LLL Collective the right to use it for free. LLL Collective reserves the right to use only a portion of the text submitted and whether to assign credit to the written material.
