- We collect basic information (name, contact information) of people who access our services in order to provide better support and to plan our services. Collecting this basic information does not present a significant risk of harm to our service users.

- We collect basic information (name, contact information, donation history) of donors in order to understand our fundraising activities and work with donors in the future. Collecting this basic information does not present a significant risk of harm to our service users. Donors can also choose to remain anonymous on any platform we use to process payments.
